Rental Agreements and Addendums

Residential

Rental agreements are used where the tenant is living in the property on a month to month basis (renters can move out upon giving or receiving 15-30 days notice).

The forms on this page cover everything from the Application to what the renter has to clean when they move out. Of course every investment property has its share of problems (simple and ugly), so we also have forms covering pets, furniture, if a roommate moves in, eviction notices, repair requests, and the type of forms needed when the rent is past due (yes it happens to everybody).

May we also suggest picking up a copy of:

...before they move in.

These five simple questions may help you avoid the bad tenants, find the good and may save you thousands of dollars.
