Lease Agreements and Addendums
Residential
Lease agreements are used where the tenant (also know as the renter or lessee)
is living on the property for a fixed or guaranteed length
of time, normally greater than 30 days (1 year is typical).
If a tenant moves out before the lease expires, they are still
responsible for making payments on the lease.
The forms on this page cover everything from the Application,
renewal, changing the terms, and permission for the owner to enter the property.
Of course not every lease is a simple one, so we also have
forms that cover pets, furniture, room-mates, and the form
needed when payments are past due.
Since lease forms are more technical than rental,
we suggest the use of a real estate agent or attorney.
Our forms are intended for residential properties.
If you need commercial forms, we recommend contacting
a real estate professional.
